Some of the web servers I'm trying to are case insensitive, but the rest
aren't.

Seeing that the "case_sensitive" flag is global it seemes the best way
was to
do runs and merger two, howerver when I used the "htmerge -m' the
process size
grows to 600meg and then dies from lack of virtual memory.

The next thing I tried was to do the run for the case insensitive hosts
and the do a second run which indexs the rest of the hosts but uses
exclude_url to not reindex the hosts already done. It seemed
however to ignore the exclude_url and recheck the ones already done
as well as generating duplicate pages because of diffectent
case used in the web pages. Is this how you are supposed to
do it?
