Well, if you run test/t_htsearch without the htmerge pass, the search returns
results for documents that are 'not found'. It should ignore them but
does not. I may be missing something here.
I replaced
. t_htdig
by
. test_functions
$htdig "$@" -t -i -c $testdir/conf/htdig.conf
in t_htsearch and run
cd test ; make TESTS=t_htsearch check
and got
make MAKE="make" check-TESTS
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/loic/local/ports/htdig3/test'
../htsearch/htsearch -c /home/loic/local/ports/htdig3/test/conf/htdig.conf 'method=or&words=also+distribution' > /tmp/t_htsearch10022: Implicit or search for 'also distribution'
FAIL: t_htsearch
===================
1 of 1 tests failed
===================
make[1]: *** [check-TESTS] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/loic/local/ports/htdig3/test'
make: *** [check-am] Error 2
[loic@burp test]$
And /tmp/t_htsearch10022 contains (search software.htm, a dead link).
Content-type: text/html
Search results for 'also or distribution'
's indicate a better match.
