Yes. In fact, this is one of the better features of a search engine,
IMHO. By recording the <A NAME> tags, ht://Dig can make a link to the
closest anchor on the page. So for example, in an ideal situation,
searches on http://www.htdig.org/ for attributes might generate, e.g.:

pdf_parser -> http://www.htdig.org/attrs.html#pdf_parser

Now whether that's worth the wait is perhaps a preference...
