[htdig3-dev] test suite

I'll start building a small test suite in the test directory.
My idea is to have a custom htdig conf file in the test directory and
a set of html files. I'll also add an apache configuration to use these
files.
The tests will be run by make check (automake standard).
The tests will only be compiled if --enable-tests is specified.
This will allow us to have a long test suite without bothering htdig
users confident enough to install it without running the test suite or
unable to run it because they can't (no apache server).

If the tests do not find apache httpd, they do nothing. If
httpd is found, a private httpd server is run. htdig is run to build
an index. htsearch is run to query the index. The results of htdig and
htsearch are matched against expected values and the test fails if the
results do not match.

Let me know if you have better ideas.
