[htdig3-dev] shared lib versioning + small

       I just commited :

        * */Makefile.am: use -release instead of -version-info because nobody
wants to bother with published shared lib interfaces version numbers
          at present.

Following Geoff's remark about the fact that library version
number was strange. libtool clearly states that shared library must *not*
reflect the package version number. It must reflect the range of published
interfaces supported by this library. Since we are not at a stage where
we publish interfaces, violating this rule (with the -release blessing
of libtool) will not raise any questions.

            Cheers,
