First off, if anyone wants an overview of what the changes actually *do*,
please let me know. (I'll see if I can dig up the old thread.)
With the changes, we now write the db.words.db and db.docs.db
directly, htmerge isn't all that useful--basically it just deletes
documents.
So here's my idea. Let's change htmerge to *only* merge databases. Then we
can spawn a bunch of 'httools' (for lack of a better name) like htpurge,
htdump, and htload.
This would require changes to the Makefiles, but then, we're switching to
automake, so that should be easier, right? :-)
