A while back there was some talk about using a different configuration
file format.
At the time I was against that. I have since changed my mind. Here's
why:
XML
A job related excercise has forced me to deal with XML based
configuration files. It is extreemely flexible and would allow for
unlimited extensions for configurable items that are not easily mapped
into simple attributes.
Does anyone else have experience with using XML in this fashion?
Thoughts?
