[htdig3-dev] New Snapshot

Hi,

During my hiatus, I turned off snapshots, mainly because I was in the
middle of debugging a new snapshot script. Now the snapshot files have
been completely removed from CVS, greatly trimming the size of the files
module and freeing up a bunch of space on the htdig.org server.

Snapshots are still made weekly, but at midnight Pacific time (so a whole
three hours later). They're made from the CVS source, rather than the
current state of my hard drive, which is a good thing. The script also
updates a tag called 'latest_snapshot' so you cal update a CVS copy to the
latest snapshot, as opposed to the latest version. This should simplify
testing.

I took a snapshot just now, it's 061499.
