Wow! I can consistently crash a browser without JavaScript! Anyway, I have
found and fixed the offending stylesheet Unfortunately, this kills the
border at the top of the screen.

I had forgotten about contrast with monochrome monitors. Sorry, I will up
the contrast whenever we choose a logo, and therefore a color scheme to
match.

The animated logo is only on the home page. All other pages had the "small"
logo. But the logos are still up in the air. I think that we will have an
official vote after the "due date" on Friday. Right now, Geoff caterpillars
seem to be gathering most of the support, because of their simplicity.

<CENTER> is officially deprecated with HTML4. This goes back to the earlier
discussion about how much we should stick to the HTML4 standard. I believe
that Lynx will render properly if I put it in a <DIV ALIGN="center">

I prefer more white-space. It helps cut down on visual clutter enourmously.
(Visual clutter is my nightmare.)
