I'm guessing that makes the parser much more complicated. Let's pick one
and stick to it. I know Vadim prefers the BIND-style {}, and I prefer the
Apache-style. But it's a formal vote and we only have three votes. :-(

It will, since we'll have to go through and find most the config attributes
and add an extra parameter to them with the current URL. (We can probably
ignore stuff in htfuzzy and htmerge, for example.) But I think we'll want
to do this anyway--simply to make sure we're assigning config variables in
the right spots.
