Perhaps a step into what David Siegel (http://www.killersites.com)
describes as "Third Generation Web Site Design." might be helpful. The
current first generation design is quick and functional, but not quite
as visually appealing as it could be.

I am sure that there are many among us that would be willing to provide
a little help in that area, including myself. I'm not great, but I'll do
what I can.
